About Troutdale Arts Festival:

The Troutdale Arts Festival 2023 is moving to Downtown Troutdale and partnering with First Friday in June. We believe this will allow us greater exposure of our artists and convenience to our attendees to have a multiple-day street art festival.

The E. Historic Columbia Highway will close at 3 pm on Friday, June 2nd for First Friday, an annual Troutdale event with vendors, music, food, and more. The City of Troutdale, Local Businesses, and Galleries will kick off their summer season on that Friday at 5 pm.

Troutdale Arts Festival is adding a special Sponsor and Artist Reception on Friday evening, with refreshments, for the Annual Silent Auction to raise funds for next year’s Festival. The Artist and Sponsor reception will start at 7 pm and end at 9 pm.

The next morning artists will be able to start loading in at 6 am and will need to be ready to go by 10:45 am. The Festival will run from 11 am -7 pm on Saturday. At 7 pm, artists are welcome to close up and join everyone at Mayor’s Square for a special community concert.

Sunday, the Arts Festival will open at 10 am and run until 4 pm. The Highway will reopen to traffic at 7 pm on Sunday.
